Abstract
Ultra-fine diameter aluminized glass fiber offers new possibilities for chaff at microwave and millimeter wave frequencies. The proposed effort will investigate new chaff cartridge configurations and enhanced dispersion techniques that promote increased RCS. During this program the team will develop new integrated manufacturing techniques, dispersion enhancement techniques, and cloud based RCS characterization tools.
