Abstract
STUDY INVESTIGATES THE ATMOSPHERIC DIFFUSION OF GASES WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF DEVELOPMENT OF A COMPUTER MODEL THAT PREDICTS THE DIFFUSION OF HYDROGEN FLUORIDE (HF) AND NITROGEN TRIFLUORIDE (NF3) LASER EXHAUST. THE COMPUTER MODEL WILL CONFIRM THE BEHAVIOR OF THESE GASES AND PREDICT ACTUAL CONDITIONS THAT ALLOW OR CURTAIL LASER TESTING. THE STUDY RESEARCHES THAT LATEST LITERATURE APPLICABLE TO ATMOSPHERIC DIFFUSION, DEVELOPS AN ATMOSPHERIC DIFFUSION MODEL FOR THE SPECIFIC GASES, PERFORM VALIDATION TESTING TO FINALIZE THE MODEL, AND IDENTIFIES THE HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS FOR PHASE II.
