Abstract
This Phase II SBIR project will develop a full function propagation simulation software application that will model radio wave propagation in a wide variety of physical scenarios. The development plans include the implementation of the high fidelityphysics based model for propagation prediction all type of physical environments. The software will incorporate site-specific features from the ground elevation, surface cover and man-made features from digital geospatial databases to provide signalstrength calculations for wavelengths from HF to millimeter wave. The computer package that will be capable of characterizing the multipath propagation environment by determining the path loss, time delay profile, angle of arrival distribution, spatialcorrelation and depolarization. The successful completion of Phase II of this project will create a comprehensive propagation simulator will be able to model the propagation of radio waves in all types of physical environments and scenarios.
