Abstract
Enig Associates, Inc. will conduct an analysis that will conclude with the preliminary design of an aimable prototype MAHEM warhead for an AAM/SAM. The prototype will be designed to produce metal ejecta with energy and/or velocity well in excess of the capabilities of a conventional munition of equivalent size and/or weight. Phase I involves a series of iterative flow calculations for the design of the energy source/load interaction. In Phase I, one possible load design will be selected on the basis of potential lethality.
