Abstract
Nanohmics proposes to develop a novel high-G-capable chip-scale accelerometer based on modern MEMS developments.The system is designed to be robust against electromagnetic interference and will demonstrate an innovative approach for advanced accelerometer technology that enhances future Inertial Measurement Units (IMUs) high-g operability and survivability.The Phase I program will culminate in a hardware demonstration and provide detailed risk analysis for the Phase II program.Approved for Public Release | 17-MDA-9395(24 Oct 17)
