Abstract

Various NATO entities are interested in developing a next generation of the NATO Reference Mobility Model (or NG-NRMM). MotionPort LLC recommends that the feasibility study of this Phase I effort consider a NG-NRMM capability that is built upon a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS), open architecture, multibody dynamics software. This approach will reduce the risk of NG-NRMM development and enable the NG-NRMM to remain current in the future.
