Research Institution
A 32-bit, low-power, microcontroller will be developed that operates over a -55C to +200C temperature range and is architected for next generation aerospace systems with an operational lifetime exceeding 10,000 hours. The technology and processes developed and demonstrated through this SBIR program can be rapidly applied to other integrated circuits with similar environmental and reliability requirements. This will enable the development of electronics that can support an all-electric aircraft.
