The benefit to DOD is the ability to increase the performance capabilities of missile interceptors. The primary market for the proposed technology is for missile EO/IR windows and domes for seekers and interceptors for DOD prime contractors, which we estimate be more than $21,000,000.Other potential markets are body armor, windows for high power lasers, rugged widows for LIDAR for automobiles and autonomous vehicles, and erosion resistant windows.Approved for Public Release | 19-MDA-9932 (21 Feb 19)
