Abstract
Exquadrum, Inc. has a technical vision for producing an innovative, yet highly cost effective, approach to the fabrication of new arcjet heater segments. This innovative approach is made possible by the very unique skill set that this team brings to the project with a depth of experience in advanced rocket propulsion, test facility development, construction and engineering design optimization. The key innovative features of this proposal include: low part count segment construction, advanced welding technology and evaluation methods for the closeout in the segemnet construction, and utilization of engineering and design knowledge from similar copper based, high heat flux materials in rocket engine chambers and nozzles.
