Towards this goal Securboration, in partnership with Raytheon/BBN, is proposing to develop DIPCE (Dynamic Information Provisioning in Combat Cloud Environment) for provenance-based, efficient, dynamic information provisioning in a notional combat cloud scenario. We will address standardization issues, mission-essential-tasks-based dynamic information provisioning as well as smart routing strategies in DIL environments. The Securboration-Raytheon/BBN partnership provides a symbiotic relationship where Securborations experience on semantic based meta-tagging and provisioning can uniquely complement the network-centric enhancements to the information gateway for DyNAMO network nodes being performed currently by BBN. DIPCE will overlay the mission-centric aspects of dynamic information provisioning on top of the network-specific issues being addressed through DyNAMO, for assuring mission operations in the compromised DIL combat cloud environment.
