Abstract
The objective of this proposal is to continue development of a Long-Stroke Isolation System for Large Space Structures. The Phase II effort will see the development of a one DOF System Test Bed (STB) for further validation of ARM component models. TheSTB will be designed to represent the lightly damped, highly flexible nature of the ARM structure and will be adequately instrumented for system identification purposes. The Phase I ARJ breadboard will be integrated into the STB and characterization testswill be performed to further refine the ARJ dynamic model. In addition, a
