Abstract

The proposal discusses the possible implementation of the high power density high voltage unit that can satisfy technical requirements of the unit defined in the DARPA SBIR Topic# SB171-010 (Ultra-Compact Power Conditioning System for High Power RF Transmitters). Paper summarizes the results of the work that was performed by CPE during Phase I in 2017. The electrical design of all critical power subsystems has been completed and conceptual mechanical design has been completed too. The Phase I results demonstrate feasibility of implementation of the unit in the required form factor. The scope of work that is necessary to bring TRL of the proposed unit to 6 and then to 7 is outlined for SBIR Phase II project along with the project cost and preliminary schedule.
