IMI-TECH CORPORATION PROPOSES TO DEVELOP A POLYIMIDE MULTILAYER PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD POSSESSING A COEFFICIENT OF LINEAR THERMAL EXPANSION MATCHED TO THAT OF CERAMIC. THE PROPOSED CIRCUIT BOARD WILL ALSO POSSESS STRONG BOND STRENGTH BETWEEN LAYERS AND EMBEDDED COPPER CONDUCTORS.
