Abstract
EDUCATIONAL VIDEOS ARE BEING USED TO IMPROVE INSTRUCTION ACROSS THE COUNTRY. MOST SCHOOLS NOW OWN A VCR SO THAT IT IS POSSIBLE TO USE VIDEOS IN WITH ALL STUDENTS IN A VARIETY OF SETTINGS. DESPITE THE AVAILABILITY OF THE HARDWARE, TEACHERS AND CURRICULUM DEVELOPERS FIND THE CREATION OF CUSTOMIZED OR PERSONALIZED VIDEOS DIFFICULT AND EXPENSIVE SO THEY ARE FORCED TO USE ONLY WHAT WHAT IS AVAILABLE IN THESCHOOL OR FROM A VIDEO OR FILM DISTRIBUTOR. OUR COMPANY HAS DEVELOPED A ANIMATION SYSTEM WHICH ALLOWS A USER TO CREATE AN ANIMATED VIDEO WITH THE HELP OF A APPLE IIGS COMPUTER. WE PROPOSED TO ENHANCE THE SYSTEM AND TURN IT INTO A VIDEO PRODUCTION SYSTEM AND TEST THE FEASIBILITY OF USING THIS SYSTEM TO CREATE EDUCATIONAL VIDEOS FOR USE WITH SPECIAL EDUCATION STUDENTS.
