Abstract

DoD has not yet built a Cyber, Electromagnetic and Spectrum Battle Management system to provide a Common Operational Picture (COP) of Cyber and Electromagnetic activities (CEMA).  There are individual assessments done on cyber risks, spectrum allocations, electromagnetic warfare (EW), and sensors.  However, no common tools are being used to provide a common assessment on the three domains simultaneously to understand the current status, analyze capabilities, and predict potential responses of various actors to support Course of Action (CoA) analysis. IAI proposes a system to generate scenarios toolkit for CEMA domains and predicts / identifies malicious activities and threats using information intelligence data.  The system visualizes data in all 3 domains to allow analysts to perform root cause analysis and vulnerability / sensitivity analysis as well as planning to maximize mission success.
