Spectral Sciences, Inc. (SSI) proposes to combine two of its established radiative transfer codes, MODTRAN® and Fast Line-of-sight Absorption and Molecular Emission Spectra (FLAMES) into one extensible radiative transfer and scene generation tool that greatly simplifies the process of computing sophisticated radiation signatures in the infra-red (IR) band for sensors at any distance from a source of radiance.  This new product is dubbed Hyperspectral Imagery for Plume and Wake Radiation (HIPWR). HIPWR will be built using software that is commercially available from SSI with existing, low TRL, and newly developed software providing the “green paint” that directly supports immediate Air Force needs.
