Abstract
This contract will develop and demonstrate the capability to capture and process data from any sensor without apriori knowledge of the sensor or its model. We will develop the software libraries to process sensor data captured in the format standarddeveloped in phase I. The software libraries will be integrated into the Joint Sensor Integration Fusion Testbed (JSIFT) at AFRL/SNAR and demonstrate the ability to receive, process, and exploit data from any sensor. This work will give the Air Force ISRsystems and commercial remote sensing systems the capability to:1) immediately process sensor data from a variety of platforms on a common processor.2) directly fuse multi sensor data in space and time to derive synergistic intelligence information3) transport and archive sensor data using a common standard for all sensors4) rapidly and accurately geoposition sensor data at the sample (pixel)level5) describe absolute & relative accuracies of sensor data6) provide a method of sensor calibration applicable to all sensors which can provide survey quality data
