Abstract
The overall objective of the Phase I effort is to design and demonstrate the feasibility of an approach to exploit the multipath scattering from a target in a complex scattering environment for RCS classification, and to assess the requirements and limitations of the algorithm. Isolation of the direct backscatter and multipath scattering associated with a target is accomplished using a combination of coherent and incoherent radar processing.
