Abstract
KBSI proposes to develop Intelligent Scenario Management Framework (ISMF), a new methodology for performing simulation training. ISMF will also include prototype software for demonstrating the methodology. The methodology and software will address currentneeds in research and development in the areas of individual and team training for both local and distributed systems.KBSI will first perform research on existing training systems and obtain requirements with respect to current training data sources and tools as well as related NAVY programs. We will next develop a new methodology for providing association betweentrainee deficiencies and remediation scenarios, automatically generating tailored training scenarios, dynamically assessing performance, and providing real-time feedback.
