Abstract
Intelligent Automation Inc (IAI), together with collaborators L3Harris, proposes to develop a Modular, Open-architecture Radio for Common Data Link (MORAL). MORAL will adopt C4ISR/EW Modular Open Suite of Standards (CMOSS) initiatives as guidance to design the radio to open-architecture standards. IAI proposes to demonstrate the feasibility of a designing MORAL to meet the Army requirements in Phase I. Detailed analysis of proposed open-architecture design and subsystems within MORAL will be performed. A clear path will be demonstrated to port the BE-CDL and STD-CDL waveform IPs developed by L3Harris to MORAL.
