Diesel/JP-8 fueled engine-generator will provide 120/208 VAC 3-phase, 60hz, 0.8PF. Of the electrical power supplied, 65% will be consumed by the ECU. The ECU will supply a max of 100K BTU/Hr of air conditioning and 60K BTU/Hr heating capacity. The system will be trailer mounted and suitable for tow behind a HMMWV in severe off-road conditions. It will be capable of 30-in water-fording with no preparation and 60in water-fording (salt water) with no more than 30 minutes preparation. The system shall provide for anit-wet-stacking of the engine under partial electrical load condition down to 30% electrical output. The generator will be supplied with an electronic governor so that power can be switched from one genset to the other using the current Military switch box. Operating temperature range -200F to 1250F.
