In the Phase I effort, Parts Life, Inc. utilized its proven SAR process to replicate NSNs. Using the company’s unique and revolutionary R.O.P.E.™ (Rapid Obsolescence Planning and Execution) process to create a complete technical and manufacturable drawing package, Parts Life provided a solution to a problem that has become increasingly more critical. All the drawings, specifications, sources, and all inspection data were completed in their entirety, compiled in a source approval request, and received ESA approval. For this Phase II, Parts Life, Inc. is proposing to improve product availability and increase competition through the development of Source Approval Requests (SAR) for P/N 123115 Resistor, Volt Sensitive, P/N 110025 Resistor, P/N 110053 Resistor, P/N 123115 Resistor, P/N 110025 Resistor, P/N 134055 Resistor, P/N 123237 Resistor, P/N 123037 Resistor, NSN 5950-00-998-7579 Gyroscope Control Assy Test Set, P/N 1366AS297 Canister, P/N 23524323 Inlet Tube, P/N 74D765073-1003 Assembly, Tube, P/N 24990, Seal, Gearbox, P/N MT-4-1247-44 Seal, P/N MT-4-1247-48 Seal, P/N MT-4-1247-47 O-Ring, P/N 74D765072-2027, Cap, Panel, BACKSHOP, P/N 4972-580-25, Bolt, SPOTTING DOLLY MODEL SD-2, P/N 91224027 Bellows, Fire Fighting Vehicle A/S32P-25A, P/N 400-287 Pump Rack Cover Block, NEW ORLEANS CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE, P/N MT-4-1247-41 Bearing, A/C Towing Tractor A/S32A-45, P/N IDCBS02-1 Strap, Tool, Actuator Remover/ Installer, P/N MFBN9SG10B1.0/12.2B3.4, Filter and Housing, Fire Fighting Vehicle A/S32P-25A, P/N 9325-01-3104-01 Spacer Vent, Fire Fighting Vehicle A/S32P-25A, P/N 0625C02-192-07 Starter Motor, Fire Fighting Vehicle A/S32P-25A with government-provided technical data when provided or sample through our Reverse Engineering (RE), and SAR Process. Upon contract award, Parts Life, Inc. will utilize our produced technical data for the development of the SAR packages. The intent is that upon SAR approval by an ESA, Parts Life, Inc. will be responsive to all future solicitations, as well as participate in the development of additional SARs for technically related NSNs. All Materials, Equipment, Management, Measurements, Environment / Testing, and Manpower are focused on meeting and exceeding the expectations of the DoD's engineering community.
