Abstract
Advanced Cooling Technologies, Inc. (ACT) together with ExOne Company, University of Southern California (USC), and Zeeco, proposes a novel Swiss-roll incinerator that can achieve near 100% flare gas combustion efficiency under wide flare gas flow rate and concentration. The idea is to use effective waste heat recirculation to increase the reaction temperature, which promotes the products to reach the chemical equilibrium state. In addition, with the excess enthalpy in the reactant, the flammability can be significantly extended.
