Abstract
In Phase I, Metacomp Technologies developed a robust multi EOS (Equation of State) capability. Validation studies show excellent performance in the purely supercritical flow regime. Phase II will add multi-phase flow capabilities and will extend the range of applicability onto sub-critical operation of rocket motors and ramjets with liquid fuels. This will result in a state of the art simulation tool for fuel injectors, combustion chambers, nozzles and plumes.
