Abstract
Physical Sciences Inc. (PSI) is partnering with Brookhaven National Lab (BNL) and Tethers Unlimited Inc. (TUI) to combine PSI’s patent-pending passive cathode coatings and devices developed for spacecraft electrostatic discharge mitigation with TUI’s flight-proven, TRL9, tether-based deorbit system.
