Abstract
The proposed Phase II effort will implement design recommendations set forth in the Phase I Final Report. The result will be an efficient, mobile ADC Mk2 (MADC) acoustic countermeasure device. The proposed technology insertion will retain the ADC Mk2 form factor and acoustic package, providing a mobile device that can be deployed with legacy launch systems. MADC will integrate RMP propulsor technology and launch-compatible control surfaces. The result will be enhanced effectiveness of the countermeasure at an efficient cost.
