Abstract
The Universal Assessment System is an innovative computer based test delivery system that applies principles of Universal Design for Learning to flexibly meet the accessibility and accommodation needs of individual students with disabilities in grades 3 to 12. Flexibly meeting individual needs is accomplished by allowing teachers to activate one or more of the accessibility and accommodation tool, and then allowing individual students to use these tools as needed while performing achievement tests.
