Abstract
Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) are the most significant threat affecting our troops today. Efficient technologies that facilitate the detection of IEDs and associated subcomponents are critical. This work seeks to develop broadband conformal antenna technology for use on Small Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (SUAVs) for the detection, tracking and location of IED signatures.
