Abstract
This Phase II proposal presents the design and development approach for a distributed Doppler-radar network system for sense-through-the-wall intelligence collection. Phase I research successfully demonstrated the proof of concept and yielded a viable path of development that will culminate in the delivery of a working prototype system that is covert, robust, and capable of detecting multiple stationary targets through the wall. The demonstrated technique combines elements of Doppler-radar sensing, cooperative networking, and MEMS/RFIC fabrication.
