Space System's Command's Cross Mission Data Office provides data solutions that enable Command and Control (C2) for Space Force and DoD. In order to accomplish this, they must exploit as much data as it can to improve its Space Domain Awareness picture and increase lethality in its C2 missions throughout all domains. The Space Domain Awareness data is ingested, stored, and normalized in the Unified Data Library (UDL); however, the amount of data in the UDL makes discovering data challenging. Today UDL supports roughly 90,000 requests every hour with that number increasing every week. It contains about 30 subscription topics and over 300 supporting schemas for different data types with 3 different ways to query data for its users.  Finding the exact, timely and proper data that is decision-quality and actionable is the challenge. The UDL is a singular framework for data discovery, normalization, and distribution; however, an elegant, yet simple, mission-orientated GUI solution is needed to allow CDMO to more-readily exploit tactical C2 data. Omni Federal's (Omni’s) Mission Card Catalogue (MC2) Visualization Tools will leverage our existing commercial software as a service (SaaS) Smack Platform to provide custom real-time data visualization tools that includes analytics for space mission partners and integrates large, disparate types of mission data while quickly and efficiently scaling UDL data. Omni has partnered with Catalyst Campus for Technology and Innovation (CCTI) to engage with the Space System's Command's (SSC) Cross Mission Data Office (CMDO) with the aim of delivering a custom data enhancement solution to better leverage and exploit space situational awareness data from the UDL to address the pacing threats in space. Omni will leverage its proven agile user centered design (UCD) process in developing MC2 visualization to manage, organize and portray the data taxonomy of UDL customer data to improve data utility and optimization for mission execution.
