Abstract
OptiMetrics, Inc. proposes to develop real-time monitoring and after action review tools specifically designed to function in advanced HLA simulation environments. The development approach will include: Tailoring tools to user requirements; A highly object-oriented design; A layered design to interface between our software and the external interfaces (e.g., HLA/RTI); A preference for COTS or GOTS software components; Object-oriented data structures designed to match simulation data requirements; Sequential software builds to develop, demonstrate, test and then improve the tools. Unique features to be included in the tools would be: Efficient and distributed data acquisistion within the HLA environment, including storage of audio, video and command, Control, Communications and Intelligence (CI) data; Real-time display and monitoring of selected exercise parameters; After action analysis of C3Idata as wella s physical exercise results; The ability to correlate C3I data with exercise outcomes.
