Perceptronics Solutions is a R&D company focused on the methods and technologies by which individuals and groups can optimize purposeful real-time performance. The company is presently performing a number of SBIR, STTR and BAA contracts from ONR, DARPA, AFRL, ARL, NAVAIR, NAVSEA, OSD and other agencies in the area of information analysis, decision support, human performance enhancement and robotic control optimization. Perceptronics Solutions is headed by Dr. Amos Freedy and Dr. Gershon Weltman, who previously headed the precedent company, Perceptronics, Inc. From 1970 to 2001, Perceptronics, Inc. successfully completed R&D projects totaling over $250 million for a variety of U.S. Government and international defense agencies, as well as commercial companies, and achieved a total of more than $70 million in product sales and over $15 million in equity investment. Perceptronics Solutions principals have had exceptional experience and success in transitioning defense R&D products to operational use. Prior successes include the pioneering of SIMNET virtual simulation system, which changed the way U.S. forces train. Current successes include the Stress Resilience Training System (SRTS), now commercially available and entering Navy operational trials.
