Abstract
Pikewerks will develop a method to autonomously self-organize, monitor, and repair Operating System kernels, modules, and protected applications across a network. The approach being proposed is a layered solution consisting of four parts: application healing, distributed host kernel healing, System Management Mode (SMM) healing, and a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA). Each of these layers will have the ability to function as standalone programs as well as be able to build off of each other and create a stronger, more sophisticated solution.
