Abstract
An airfield pavement deflection system is proposed based on the Harr technique. The proposed device will be capable of detecting voids and weaknesses in runways, taxiways and tarmacs of remote airfields. Its compact design allows easy transport in C-130 aircraft and rapid deployment and operation.
