Abstract
REHAB SOFTWARE PROPOSES TO DETERMINE THE FEASIBILITY OF UTILIZING VOICE ENTRY TECHNOLOGY (VET) TO ADAPT WORK TASKS IN HIGH LABOR DEMAND JOBS FOR ACCESS BY HANDICAPPED PERSONS.HIGH DEMAND JOBS OBTAINED FROM U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR WILL BE ANALYZED TO DETERMINE APPLICABILITY OF EXISTING VOICE ENTRY TECHNOLOGY. FROM THIS ANALYSIS TEN OCCUPATIONS WILL BE SELECTED FOR WHICH SPECIFIC VOICE ENTRY TECHNOLOGY CAN BE APPLIED AND FOR WHICH CURRENT APPLICATIONS HAVE NOT BEEN DEVELOPED AS YET. CONCEPTUAL DESIGNS WILL THEN BE FORMULATED AND ASSESSED BY VET EXPERTS.
