Abstract
On Indian reservations, there is a significant need for direct care staff for persons with disabilities and chronic health conditions and a lack of trained personnel. The purpose of this study is to determine feasibility of delivering computer-integrated training in a remote community without the usual prerequisites of effective computer-based training.
