Abstract
The development of a precision air delivery carrier capable of accurately emplacing ground based sensors is a critical step towards improving our nation's overall situation awareness. The United States Government has a multitude of sensors that collect and report information ranging from the crest height of waves to the presence of harmful chemical agents. Unfortunately, if these sensors are not placed in the proper location they are practically ineffective. The objective of this research project is to apply the knowledge gained during the first phase of this topic and apply the to STARA's existing guidance unit to develop and demonstrate an enhanced PAD sensor carrier prototype.
