Abstract
The ability to accurately and covertly deliver light weight payloads from small aircraft redefines the way the US DOD performs air drop operations. The ability to emplace intelligent smart munitions, leaflets or light weight resupply bundles has bever been done before. Through this SBIR STARA will enhance its proven Mosquito 2 guided parachute system to create a dynamic, scalable guided parachute system capable of delivering individual, or collections of, Intelligent Smart Munitions.
