Abstract

The Design Knowledge Company will transition its STEED work-centered support environment to the support of Air Operations Centers.  We will build on current User-Definable Operational Picture work as well as other R&D efforts.  We will introduce innovative navigation, display, and integration concepts, each tailorable to the role of the individual operator.  It provides a net-centric, cross-platform approach to building common work environments while supporting diverse roles and tasks, cross-echelon. Our Phase II prototype will demonstrates how data from data correlation and presentation in an easily understandable 4-D common operating picture. It will link geospatial and temporal perspectives in a coherent presentation at multiple levels of aggregation. BENEFIT: TDKC''s 4D NETFORCE has application to homeland defense, other first responder command and control, as well as business intelligence applications.
