Abstract
A real need exists for O-rings or gaskets that are capable of providing effective, long term levels of RFI/EMI/EMP shielding in existing and new installations. Additionally, while the use of high temperature liquid filled O-rings may be very attractive for use in the automobile industry, we also see an immediate, large scale commercial and military market for small and large gaskets that are capable of sealing enclosures and devices used in marine, construction and industrial applications. Your invention (fluid-fil led o-rings for low temperature) can be adapted and put to use within a short period of time, both in miliary and private industry, using suitable gasket material and liquid fillers.
