Abstract
This proposal exploits nano-materials to achieve exceptionally high energy in an 18650-size cell. The successful development of this cell will provide the Army with the highest energy density commercially available for years to come. This advancement in the cell capacity will lift military batteries to the next level and will have a significant impact to the outcome of the future battlefield since the battery is one of the key factors in the digital battlefield. The higher cell capacity simply means the longer running time for some devises or longer range for some weapon, which will be vital to our soldier in the battlefield.
