Abstract
Develop a new steel cutting process which will significantly increase the cutting rate of ship hull material for shipbreaking. In addition, the process will reduce the fume and smoke emissions to within Navy and civilian requirements and the opacity of particulate emissions to within Navy and civilian requirements.
