Automatic Three-Dimensional (3-D) Target Template Generation

The development under this effort will take the innovative 3D feature extraction techniques and concepts implemented in IAVO’s GeoGenesis® software, specifically our FeatureXTractTM module, and take them to the next level; making them available for operation usage. Our current 3D feature extraction capabilities provide a streamlined workflow for accurately and efficiently extracting 3D site models from commercial imagery. Additional capabilities are needed to extend these workflows to support geospatial sources specific to the DoD. Moreover, further enhancements are required to meet specific output formats required by the U.S. Navy PMA-281 production groups. We will develop specific capabilities, based upon the Navy’s requirements, and integrate these into our FeatureXTractTM module to be used by the US Navy to extract 3D features from geospatial imagery.
