Abstract
Oceanic refractivity gradients induce operational and security concerns of naval operations. Continuous passive characterization of refractive effects upon visble, IR, and radio/RADAR electromagnetic propagation through passive relatively inexpensive multiband IR camera observations is enabled with the apparatus and methods proposed herein.
