Abstract
The objective of this proposal is to demonstrate the feasibility of mass producing robust miniaturized, tunable narrowband preselect filters in the 500-2000 MHz bands for fielded JTRS platforms. In the 500 MHz – 2000 MHz frequency bands, we proposed a tunable 2-pole narrowband (30 MHz) preselect filter. Active Spectrum, Inc.’s filters represent a proven, significant improvement over the state of the art in tunable filter technology, combining high-Q resonant elements, thermal stability, low microphonics, small size, low power requirements and low mass.
