Abstract
Aesop’s Micro-ESR™ sensor is a miniature electron spin resonance (ESR) sensor designed to continuously measure oxidation, soot, ferrous particles and humidity levels in engine oil and hydraulic fluid. The Micro-ESR sensor’s small size, low power consumption and low cost make it ideal for integration into vehicles, heavy machinery, generators and fixed engine installations. This sensor will allow users to confidently extend their engine’s oil drain interval and replace many of the functions of an oil analysis lab with a single onboard device. * Information listed above is at the time of submission. *
