Abstract

This Phase II project is aimed at developing an advanced information fusion system applicable to the test and evaluation environment based on the development and applications of advanced concepts of intelligent processing to data fusion and analysis and decision support systems. The highly demanding requirements of the newer and future all-source data fusion and analysis systems for tests onboard aircraft/ships are met by the integration of various information fusion approaches. Intelligent data processing techniques are capable of providing highly effective computational support useful to test planning and preparation, data acquisition, data analysis, envelope plotting, etc., for aircraft/ship testing. AGNC’s Adaptive Data Fusion and Analysis System by combining intelligent processing techniques also significantly enhances the productivity in data management, data mining, data fusion and analysis, and structure and pattern extraction from large test databases or any other type of databases.
