Abstract
INFORMATION WHICH CAN BE MEASURED BY THE ELECTRONIC WARFARE SYSTEM IS AVAILABLE TO DETERMINE IN REALTIME THE EFFECTIVENESS OF ECM TECHNIQUES AGAINS MANY ATI-SHIP CAPABLE MISSILES. MISSILE CHARACTERISTICS AND ECM TECHNIQUES WILL BE EXAMINED TO IDENTIFY THE MEASURABLES. DATA UTILIZATION SCHEMES WILL BE DEFINED AND ASSESSMENT CRITERIA ESTABLISHED TO ACHIEVE THE ASSESSMENT CAPABILITY GOALS. A REFINED ASSESSMENT PROCESS RELATIVE TO THAT PROPOSED RELATIVE TO THAT PROPOSED WILL BE DESCRIBED AND CONCLUSIONS DRAWN CONCEPT FEASIBILITY. IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ASSESSMENT CAPABILITY INTO THE AN\SLQ\-32 EW SYSTEM WILL BE EXAMINED AND THE NECESSARY HARDWARE AND PROCESSING ENHANCEMENTS DESCRIBED.
