Abstract
AMI seeks to continue its research into innovative software for forming ad-hoc teams, by collaborative support and enhancement of the People Finder software currently installed at AFRL. We will add features and functionality to the People Finder application that has taken us part of the way to developing a team-building application. We will leverage this system, learn from its users, and add functions to it. We will take a three-pronged approach to developing the next version of software. 1. First, we will engage in collaborative support of the People Finder system. Here, we will learn from the uers of the system which features are most useful, how they are used, and what additions and modifications would be most valuable. 2. Second, we will design new features and functions to the People Finder system, using our background research, insights from the collaborative support task, and advice from AFRL experts. 3. Third, we will develop and implement these new features into the People Finder application, resulting in the next version of software that will closely approach our goal of a transformative collaborative and team-building technology application.
