Abstract

This proposal discusses the development of a Graphical Vulnerability Assessment (GVA) system for setting up, executing, and visualizing the results of vulnerability assessments. The vulnerability assessments might be for hardened concrete targets, mobile ground targets, or mobile air targets. This graphical tool will allow users to link together modules from various vulnerability analyses by using data-flow paridigms. a feasibility study will be conducted to determine if the vulnerability assessment process is applicble for the data-flow paradigm concept. If the concept is feasible, a high-level design of the GVA system will be completed in the Phase I effort. A limited prototype using EA-3D, Version l.5 will be also developed to demonstrate how the GVA system will work.
